Ingredients
1/2 Cup red lentils
1/4 Cup diced carrots
1/4 Cup diced onions
2 Cups water
1 Tbsp olive oil

In a pot, sauté onions in olive oil until soft.

Add carrots, lentils, and water, and cook for 20 minutes until soft.

Blend until smooth or leave chunky, depending on your toddler’s preference.
