Ingredients
1/2 Cup small pasta
1/4 Cup shredded cheese
1/4 Cup steamed cauliflower
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1/4 Cup milk

Cook pasta until soft.

Steam cauliflower and blend until smooth.

In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, then gradually add milk to make a sauce.

Stir in cheese and cauliflower puree, mix with pasta.
